Master Light – an open working presentation
Master Light is a 3-week course where 2nd year choreography students have time and resources to prepare for rehearsals for their master exam in the Spring semester 2017.
Working presentation
We invite you to a working presentation of the results of the course as given by each student.
Time: 13th December 2016, 18.30-20.30
Place: Stage 5, Oslo National Academy of the Arts
Free entrance. Ticket reservation will open Thursday December 8 at 13.00.
By and with master students Karen Eide Bøen, Roza Moshtaghi, Shi Pratt, Simen Korsmo Robertsen, Kristian Støvind and Bente Alice Westgård
During this 3-weeks work period the students probe practically, through discussion and conversation what they have identified as ‘problem’ areas related to the presentation/staging of their master projects
Framework
Following a ‘working alone-together’ strategy the students are responsible for organizing the work plan as individuals and as a cooperating group. They decide whom they may wish to work with, whom to get input and feedback from and negotiate how they can best use and/or share resources. This is a fluid and fractious work situation based on communication and respect.
