Athens Jewellery Week: Norwegian essence

For the second time, students and professors of the National School of Arts of Oslo Norway present work during Athens Jewellery Week.

The fourth Athens Jewelry Week is taking place at the Benaki Museum’s Pireos Street annex from May 22 to 29. AJW 2019 covers a week of exhibitions, lectures and workshops, highlighting contemporary jewellery creators, their art and their authentic work. The event showcases new trends in jewelry making, sheds light on new talent and, most importantly, familiarizes the public with the idea of jewelry as a form of artistic expression.

“Norwegian essence” shows the work made by students and teachers during 2018-2019 in Oslo, showing the essence character and personality working at the Metal and Art Jewellery Subject Area.

The exhibition is held at Ilias Lalaounis Jewelry Museum
