Collab. presents: Apparent Aesthetic

Collab. welcomes you to an appearance by Cincio Hood and Stan D’Haene.

Time: The event starts at 19.00. Free soup from 18.00. Kharthoum is open until 00.00.

Odd Couture, living in it
Gardening, we are dwelling in it
Stick to little different
Are you unfollowing influencers
Back to unnatural, good old fashioned
Onto peak performance, recalling the alternative

After the observer came the actor, then came the influencer
In its image, fiction and fact exist as one surface
The influencers’ substantial performances narrate their recycling
Stories spawn like weeds in the street

Apparent Aesthetic is an announced appearance at Khartoum by Cincio Hood and Stan D’Haene. The artists will present new garment and accessories, and activate them together in the appearance. The mementos and tokens are in themselves bodies of physical and symbolic migration. The aim of the appearance is to interrogate the time-based presentation formats that constitute the feedback loops of the duo’s respective disciplines; runway in fashion, and exhibition in art.
