In Like Closing an Eyelid, handmade textiles meets mechanical and digital ones. They catch light and let color get in, flood out, and wonder about.

Heather violet, wasp yellow, pearl white, obsidian black. Color is the mean to energy. Strenght gets collected in centrifugal, round figures. Then swirls back, off-center, squandered in open forms. Stone, wood and metal are present under the light and soft objects, just enough to support their fragile, yet sturdy bodies.

We stand between endless loops of tangible material, and the strange beauty of Nature’s shapes. Tactile beings grow and call for attention in the space.
We might suddenly get lost in time. Or come back in this room, where our feet stand and an endless source of power flows in and out, in the blink of an eye, like a tiny fainting spell.
