Avgang 2026: Moa Hjärtström / Walk with me

Walk with me is an audio walk that starts and ends at the KHiO reception. An audio player and headphones are provided if you ask the staff at the desk. In this site-specific work I have explored how the sound in the nearby city environment might transport the listener to other places. I have traced the relationship between what is absent and what is present, reflecting on the memories embedded in the neighbourhood of Grünerløkka and the economic structures that can be uncovered beneath what is left and what is lost.

However, it is also just a walk, experienced individually, but I’ll be walking with you.

Pick up/drop off audio player and headphones at the KHiO reception. Ask at the reception desk. The audio walk can be picked up at any time during the opening hours. Please note that the latest pick up time is 15:00 on weekdays, and 15:30 on weekends. The walk takes place outdoors and includes stairs.
