I’m very passionate about Khio, the well being of us students and what will happen with the school in the future. I’ve enjoyed being on the board together with Ane Lindholt for a year: it’s been a great learning curve and to be honest it takes a bit of time to understand us students position in the board. I therefore feel it's highly useful to have someone already with this experience now, especially because of the possible massive school-building-modification we have been, and the board will continue to, work on. It will affect us all greatly, and I’m dedicated to fight for the best possible outcome on behalf of all the students, across Khio.

Whop, Whop! I'm running for election and hope you'll vote for me! I'm an engaged student who likes to get to grips with systems, routines, and explore the broad spectrum of subjects and teaching methods at the school. I want to be a student representative on the board so that I can follow up on, fight for, and communicate the students' needs. I hope I can represent your voice and that of your fellow students!

I have experience in board work and organizational development through the Red Party (Rødt, and Rød Ungdom), Young Friends of the Earth Norway, the Norwegian Humanist Association, and Norwegian Humanist Youth. I have founded organizations, served on boards, participated in national conventions, and led Norwegian Humanist Youth Grimstad and Red Youth Grimstad.

I believe that the Oslo National Academy of Fine Arts should be a place where everyone is heard and taken seriously. I want to contribute to an open, inclusive, and engaged school where students’ needs, ideas, opinions and meanings matter.

I am running for the board because KHIO is my second home. I want to contribute to a safe and meaningful environment where students’ voices are heard. I want to strengthen collaboration across departments, create greater freedom, and be a clear voice for students’ experiences, needs and boundaries.

Students are the most important part of KHiO, and they should have a clear voice on the school's board.
It is crucial that decisions regarding KHiO’s operations and future are made with the students' best interests in mind. Over the past year as a board member, I have learned a great deal and gained a thorough understanding of the processes the school is currently facing. A key example is the issue of campus development. I believe these are valuable experiences to bring forward to the board, and after one year in the role, I am running for re-election. I have extensive and varied experience from previous jobs that will serve me well in this position.

Besides my work as an artist and filmmaker, I have held several council positions, both on a volunteer basis, and at UIT as well as being part of the student council at KHIO. I want to remind people that KHIO’s first priority should always be the students, and that we need to be part of the important conversations. I have a strong focus on inclusion in both my artistic practice as well as my council work, and want to fight for a KHIO that’s aware of who gets to have a voice in society, and that we need to shape education that prepares us for life as artists and cultural workers after our educations. I hope you will trust me and give me the chance of furthering my work for the good of the students and bring our voice to the highest layers of decision-making, you can be sure that I take your trust and voice seriously.

It would be a honor to me to be the voice of the students at the KHiO council! KHiO is supposed to be an institution with high quality on the education, and I belive that communication between students and the institution is the key. We are a huge part of this school, and it is important to me we have a saying in cases that impact the school. KHiO is like a home to us, since we are here big parts of our day, and a home should be safe, including and a good place for everyone!
