Update Personal Information
It is important that the information about you in Studentweb is correct. Accurate information ensures that your name and national identity number are correct on transcripts, diplomas, student cards, and all other communication from KHiO.
Some of the information in "My Profile" can be updated by you directly, while other changes require you to upload documentation.
Change of Name
Have you changed your name in the National Registry (Folkeregisteret), or is your name incorrectly registered in Studentweb? You must report this change to us.
Valid Documentation:
- A copy of your passport or other valid ID
How to Proceed:
Fill out the online form and upload the valid documentation.
Norwegian National Identity Number
If you have received a Norwegian national identity number for the first time, you must notify us as soon as possible.
Valid Documentation:
- A letter from the Norwegian Tax Administration / National Registry confirming that you have been assigned a Norwegian ID number.
How to Proceed:
- Fill out the online form and upload the valid documentation.
Update Contact Information
You can update your contact information in following ways:
- Semester Adress:
You can update the address where you live while you are studying yourself. Log in to Studentweb to update your semester address. - Home address:
Changes to your permanent residential address must be reported directly to the National Population Register. - Private Email / Telephone:
Update your contact details in the Contact and Reservation Register
