Transcript of Records
Your transcript shows the results of all completed courses at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts (KHiO).
You can easily share your results digitally via the Diploma Registry (Vitnemålsportalen), or order a digital or paper transcript through Studentweb.
Important: To use the Diploma Registry or order a transcript in Studentweb, you must be registered with a Norwegian national ID number.
Order a Digital Transcript or Confirmation of Studies
You can order both a transcript and a confirmation of studies via Studentweb. The document will be available under the "Documents" tab in Studentweb approx. 10 minutes after ordering.
The document is digitally signed, and this signature is legally valid, it has the same value as a stamp and handwritten signature on paper.
Paper Transcript
If you need a paper transcript – for example, for admission to foreign educational institutions, job applications abroad, or similar purposes – you can order this via Studentweb.
Former Student?
As a former student, you can still log in to Studentweb to order a transcript or use the Diploma Registry to share your results digitally.
Note: If you completed your studies at KHiO before 2010, your results may not be fully visible in the Diploma Registry due to limitations in transferring data from older systems. In such cases, you must document your results with your original diploma.
