Signe Becker

Becker holds a bachelor's degree from the Academy of Performing Arts in Fredrikstad (2006), and a master's degree from the Oslo Academy of the Arts (2008).

In recent years she has worked on a number of art and theater / dance productions both in Norway and abroad. Her short film "Paradise" was shown during the Autumn Exhibition and the Short Film Festival in Grimstad 2014, she was Norway's representative during the Prague Quadrennial 2015, she is three times nominated for the Hedda Award as the Year's Scenographer and received together with Ingri Fiksdal the Critic Award for Dance 2014. Through formats such as textile, painting, photography, performance and film Becker is acting and responding critically to our time.
