A FISH CANNOT SEE THE SEA

A FISH CANNOT SEE THE SEA

First-year master students at Medium- and Material Based Art invite you to their annual group exhibition.

Venue: Seilduken 2, Resepsjonsgalleri, Teorirom, Hjørne av vestibyle, White Box, Forrom til Kantina, Formrommet.

A FISH CANNOT SEE THE SEA is a group exhibition featuring the MA1 students in Medium- and Material Based Art, which comprises the departments of printmaking, ceramics, textiles, and metal. Process is at the core of these works.

The title of the exhibition evokes creativity itself, in which one is immersed so deeply that the world beyond the work disappears. It is also a reminder that the basic constructs of everyday realities are limited, and offers a challenge to see the waters that surround us with new eyes.
