We Need To Talk

We Need To Talk

An exhibition of fourteen anonymous artworks

We Need To Talk is a group exhibition that addresses the subject of love, publicly and unapologetically, from a range of perspectives. The artists submitted proposals under pseudonyms, and artworks were delivered anonymously. Not even the curators know their identities.

A discussion about the thematics of anonymity, and questions about what shielding one’s identity enables and disables is documented in a text collaboration with Elke Krasny, curator and professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna, Austria.

We Need To Talk is curated by Alejandra Torres and Gabrielle Paré.
