Avgang 2025: Victoria Alstrup / Home Is Where the Art Is

Home Is Where the Art Is is Victoria Alstrup's individual MFA graduation project.

Painting 000018 ++, Maximalist Gallery Wall Set, ECLECTIC MEGA BUNDLE, Handmade, Original Abstract, Brugata High Street, Adpoint, Facade Aesthetics, Collection & Texture, OCEAN Outdoor Norway, Bedroom makeover, Naboen, «FRESH YOUR SPACE», Dolce Casa.

DOLCE CASA is proud to welcome you to Home Is Where the Art Is, the first of Victoria Alstrup’s three part MFA graduation project, on view outside Brugata 3A in Oslo.

DOLCE CASA is concerned with how to find the perfect addition to your home decor. The answer is an original artwork by a young contemporary artist: for Home Is Where the Art Is, Victoria Alstrup has collaborated with DOLCE CASA on a new monumental painting series, which will be on display in a billboard that is visible from Brugata at all hours.

The project continues with Dolce Casa, a solo exhibition at HULIAS, opening on April 25th, and concludes with the MFA group show at Kunstnernes Hus, which opens on June 5th, 2025.

MFA graduation projects

The final year Master students will present individual graduation projects in different spaces at KHiO and around Oslo. These projects will be diverse in form and will take place at different times during the spring semester. Some of the projects will open simultaneously. The graduating students will also collectively explore the group format in a curated group exhibition.
