Agenda: Behind the Scenes at SOLO OSLO – the Exhibition, the Mediator, and the Curator
The SOLO OSLO project explicitly aims to offer emerging artists, as well as art mediators, an oppor-tunity to build their careers and practice within the framework of the museum. Since its inception in 2022, it has showcased four artists in collaboration with four mediators.
What impact does this opportunity have for emerging artists? What support structures does SOLO OSLO provide for artists? And how can the mediator influence who, what, and how the public per-ceives the art?
Educators and a curator from MUNCH will provide insights into the processes and ideas behind the exhibition series, followed by a visit to the latest SOLO OSLO exhibition by Constance Tenvik, titled Tio-tio-tinx.
Welcome to the Art and Craft Department's migrating Agenda Seminar, this time in the MUNCH Amphitheatre.
