Tactile films

Tactile films

What happened to the colours when the projections hit the different materials? We want to explore projecting film on surfaces to see how the metal structures, textiles and film interplays.

Will it make a more tactile film experience? How to get film out of the flatscreen universe and find a more rough and raw textures.
The film installation is exploring the fragmented brain and poetry of geometry. Projecting on textiles, to see how the variations of colours influence the film experience.

An interdisciplinary collaboration with three master students, Maria Lloyd from Theatre, Magdalena Mikalsen from Design Costume and Clothes and Dariusz Wojdyga from Metal.

Films in the installation co created with and starring Ida Ingels from MATE.
Cinematographer Mattias Pollack

Del to blir presentert 11-12 mai.
