IMPACT 11 Hong Kong

Victoria Browne’s KUF-project ‘Wo(rk)manship of Risk’ has been selected by IMPACT 11 Hong Kong with a new time-based media iteration for an international audience.

Her practice-led exploration into post-digital colour printing embodies craft theorist David Pye’s ‘The Nature and Art of Workmanship’ and the material outcome, originally exhibited at KHiO in September 2020, has also been selected for the Internationals Print Triennial Krakow in July 2021.

IMPACT – International Multi-disciplinary Printmaking, Artists, Concepts and Techniques – is one of the largest professional conferences dedicated specifically to printmaking. IMPACT 11 was originally scheduled to be held at major cultural venues around the city of Hong Kong. After a delay of six months, online IMPACT 11 brings together academic papers, illustrated talks, open portfolios, exhibitions and demonstrations from art communities across the globe.
