Semester exchange Autumn 2025?

Deadlines for applications for semester exchange are approaching, and below is information especially for those who are planning semester exchange Autumn 2025. If you are planning on exchange at a later time, an information meeting will be scheduled later this spring. However, feel free to read through the information in this email and start already now to plan your exchange.

Application for exchange takes place in two processes:

  1. Pre-approval of exchange.
  2. Exchange admission to the school(s) you were approved for, in the pre-approval.

Pre-approval deadline for semester exchange Autumn 2025: 10th February

There will be 2 workshops for questions & answers about exchange, for those who will apply for exchange in Autumn 2025.

  • Friday 17th January, 12:30-13:30 - PLACE: Kunstakademiets seminar room 4
  • Friday 23rd January, 13:00-14:00 – PLACE: Kunstfag grupperom 2

Drop-in to discuss questions surrounding semester exchange

Adviser for semester exchange, Hanna Gjelten Hattrem, is available for drop-in appointments for questions regarding semester exchange every Thursday between 11:00-13:00 in the Meeting Room for Staff in the Library (Møterom Ansatte Bibliotek).
