Election 2021 - Degerman and Haraldsen new rector and prorector
In March 2021 the Academy elected Markus Degerman and Heidi Marian Haraldsen as the new rector and prorector for a two-year term.
Rector Election
Due to rector Måns Wrange's resignation KHiO held a rector election in March 2021. Until a new rector and prorector were chosen dean markus Degerman functioned as a rector, together with prorector Anne-Linn Akselsen.
As the only candidate couple running for election Markus Degerman and Heidi Marian Haraldsen were elected as the new rector and prorector. With 79 % of the votes Degerman and Haraldsen were elected for a two-year term until 31 July 2023.
