Anne Grete Eriksen
Anne Grete Eriksen (b. 1953) is a choreographer and professor based in Oslo.
Anne Grete Eriksen studied Dance Education (Den Norske Operas Ballettskole), and Theatre with Dance and Writing (Dartington College of Arts, UK), and Choreograpy (Laban Centre of Movement and Dance, UK).

Her teaching is influenced by physicality and craftsmanship, and she is developing new methods for structuring and supervising in artistic processes on Master and PhD level.
Her artistic research include publications on Communication between choreographers and dancers (Action towards Articulation, 2003 CD- ROM), and as writer and editor of a publication on Choreography in the open (Koreografi ute, 2006). Her current artistic research on Dancers Physical Memory published 2014 on www.moving-memory.com . Her current research investigates how compositional strategies and memory may be interrelated and inspire new methods in choreography-making.
In 2011 Anne Grete Eriksen was awarded the Dance- prize from the Norwegian Dance Information Centre.
