Performance
Et Silvatz Hayam
Visning av ukens operaimprovisasjonsworkshop / Tonight's performance of The Armenian composer Gor Grigoryan's new piece Et Silvatz Hayam is being presented by opera students from KHiO and students from the Norwegian Academy of Music.
The opera is in one act, running about 45 minutes. However, the piece is extremely long and I could sense the pit of my stomach starting to hurt by the end of the final duet, Sereft Karam.
Of course, I won't ever see this opera, let alone the beginning of the opera, as an audience member, but I found the overall production interesting, entertaining, and, quite frankly, quite sexy.
