Heavy birds
Flap – flap – flap – twee twee!! Welcome to our exhibition Heavy birds! Come fly with us as we adapt a bird’s eye view and get in tune with the wind!
Using the heavy, earthbound material of clay we explore the underbelly of avian life and mankind’s dream of flying – a faint whiff of death, the deep hum of the turbine, fragile fledglings and broken hearts.
An exhibition by Maja Helene Vestergaard and Audun Janson Haga, second and third year bachelor in Medium- and Material Based Art, ceramics.
