Welcome to our panel discussion! The demands for future opera singers in todays international opera industry are steadily increasing. A singer is expected to have impeccable technique, stage cover, self-promotion, and a full contact lists. How do you achieve success?

Our panel discussion is led by the CEO of Queen Sonja International Music Competition, Lars Hallvard Flæten. The panel consists of operations managers, agents and PR experts - all with different approaches to career counseling.

Participants in the panel: Robert Körner (Opéra National de Lyon), Diane Zola (Metropolitan Opera, New York), Ulrike Wilckens (Ophelias Culture PR) and Ben Rayfield (Rayfield Allied).
