Focus on education: Course in conflict management

Focus on education is approaching and will take place on 11 November. The theme for the course will be conflict management.

  • Why is it important for teachers to have basic knowledge of conflict theory, and not least - that teachers have basic skills in detecting, preventing and managing conflicts?
  • Bullying / harassment - definitions, legal and psychological
  • Communication
  • Basic mediation techniques when the conflict has established itself between student and teacher

The course is held in Norwegian.
